今回は栃木県の塩原温泉 赤沢温泉旅館へ行ってきました。
塩原の温泉街から一歩離れた場所にある静かな一軒宿です。
赤沢温泉旅館は、世界中を旅した温泉が大好きなオーナーさんが運営しています。
館内は犬や猫がいたり、多ヶ国語話せる個性的なスタッフさんたちに囲まれたとてもアットホームな空間です。
温泉は少しの加熱のみの源泉掛け流し温泉。
ぬる湯ですが、30分も入れば体がぽかぽか温まります。
風情溢れる貸切露天風呂もあります。
夕食は中国人のシェフが作る創作中華料理を堪能しました。
今までに見たことのない料理ばかりで面白かったです。
最近はヴィーガン料理にも力を入れており、健康志向の方やヴィーガンの方におすすめです。
ペットも一緒に泊まれたり、同じ敷地内にキャンプ場があったり車中泊もできるので、様々な宿泊プランが選べます。
日本人はもちろん海外からのゲストも安心して楽しめるおすすめの温泉宿です。

This time I visited the Akasawa Onsen Ryokan at Shiobara Onsen in Tochigi Prefecture.
It is a quiet inn located one step away from the hot spring resort area of Shiobara.
Akasawa Onsen Ryokan is run by the owner, a hot spring enthusiast who has traveled all over the world.
The inn is a very homey place with dogs and cats and a unique staff that speaks many languages.
The hot spring water is free-flowing hot-spring water with only a little heating.
The water is lukewarm, but after 30 minutes of bathing, you will feel warm and refreshed.
There is also a private open-air bath full of elegance.
For dinner, I enjoyed authentic Chinese cuisine prepared by a Chinese chef.
It was interesting to see dishes I had never seen before.
Recently, they have been focusing on vegan cuisine, and I recommend it to health-conscious people and vegans.
Pets can stay with us, and there is also a campground on the same grounds, where you can also stay in your car, so there are a variety of accommodation plans to choose from.
I recommend this hot spring inn for both Japanese and international guests.
